We accept returns for products that are:

Significantly different from the product description
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product should be unused and, wherever applicable, returned with its original packaging, accessories and other included items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging
A short video, if required, showing the issue
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Non-Returnable Products

A return may not be accepted if:
The product has been used or intentionally damaged.
The product is missing its original packaging or included accessories, where applicable.
The return request is made after the applicable return period.
The issue is caused by improper use, handling or storage by the customer.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchange

If an exchange is applicable to your product, we will inform you of the available options after reviewing your request.
6. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
